Mourning Dove
We woke up this morning to find a bird nesting on our windowsill. After a little detective work, we found out she is a Mourning Dove, a bird common to Maryland. However, according to the Maryland Ornithological Association, Mourning Doves rarely nest on buildings, so we're thinking that, since the nest was there from last year, she may be recycling the spot left from another bird.
We've named her Petunia.
PICTURES!

I know some of you must be waiting for a wedding update, but I'm holding out for some real pictures from our photographer before I spill the beans. Sit tight.
