Made the best cake I've ever made, I think.
I followed the Pioneer Woman's recipe for Tres Leches, only mine baked in about half the time that she specified. In fact, I originally attempted this recipe on Friday, but it burned because I didn't follow my nose. This time-- perfection.

YUM. I saw Alton Brown make a tres-leches cake and ever since I've wanted to try it. Alton always makes everything so awesomely complicated that I've been too scared. But your cake gives me courage, and oh that icing...I'd like to bath in it.
